Accela Communications produced this program for IBM to help them educate both existing clients and prospects about the benefits of proactive server migration. A lead generation component is added through the addition of a registration form to collect information from prospects which is then linked to viewer activity throughout the program. Viewer metrics such as total view time, segments viewed, and click data are all recorded in the viewer record to help prioritize leads and guide follow-up. |
